Gamewell E3 ILI-MB issue with NGA Piezo

Servicing existing panel, FACP NGA piezo isn’t working when there is new alarm, supervisory or trouble. Have touch the panel program. Is this hardware failure or firmware glitch? I’ve checked manual and NGA setting. Any input would greatly appreciated it.
