I had an Issue with a 3-PPS Pwr Supply whereas I would get a Battery Trouble Swinging but the Batts were Good.
See Enclosed Tech note. There is a Firmware issue with the 3-PPS when you have Rev 3.6 Firmware. I thought I would post helpful info..
