Service Group 129 is automatically included in the default project database when you AutoLearn the system. If you want to add Service Gro...

I have a few things you may want to check....... You said you have a "3-FIBA" Fiber card. I have done a few Est3 jobs that used Fiber and Copper on the 485 Data Comm Line. What kind of Fiber are you using? (Single or Multi Mode?) Look at the cut sheet for the Fib-A Module, Does the FIB-A o...

Re: Mapping Error

Everyone who has answered before me has provided valuable input. In the past, when I have had the problem of watching the map work up to like 50 devices and "collapse", It is because whomever wired the dataloop got lazy. IE-- On Siga devices, (smks/Mods) you will have a Data IN + and Data ...

Re: 3-ASU version 3.5 compatible with version 1.4 system?

I have never heard of SDU Version 1.4? The SDU software had version 3.4 about 4 years ago. The latest SDU Version software is 3.71 I believe. The 1.4 you are referring to is most likely the EST EEprom version from factory. Either way, The SDU will be needed to rectify Bootstrap/Code/Database Version...

Re: reducing input/output correlation warnings?

I have a few jobs with this problem in SDU. You have to turn on an "AUDIBLE" or "VISIBLE" device type. The warning keeps saying ... "alarm input device is not associated with a signaling output device." Signalling Output is the key. Sometimes I will take the output conn...
